The Pays d'art et d'histoire

Guided tours

Just a stone’s throw from Figeac, villages, monuments and landscapes reveal the history and treasures of the ‘Pays d’art et d’histoire’.

In the villages, storytelling tours invite you to discover Livernon, Cajarc, Calvignac, Capdenac-Gare, Capdenac-le-Haut, Cardaillac and Reilhac, featuring storytellers and actors.

Finally, explore the villages on heritage walks – free tours lasting around an hour, organised as part of the ‘L’Astrolabe prend le large’ programme.

Going on a storytelling tour means mixing the past with the imaginary. Visitors are drawn into a double tale of history and stories, and plunge deeper into a place that comes to life… Didier, tour guide
