Reyrevignes, a small village in the Limargue region

After travelling the world, Antoine, a trained agricultural engineer, chose to return to his homeland. Fascinated by aquaculture, the connection between people and water, and soil biology, he embarked on a career in viticulture in 2015. “ Water and wine are inseparable; crops depend on them – everything is connected.” Antoine will show you around his 2,500 organic vines, planted with his family. “ “I knew nothing about wine; I learnt everything on the job, first at an experimental farm, then by tending my own vines.” And if you’re so inclined, he can also introduce you to one of his other passions: building dry-stone walls on the Causse.
