Close your eyes. Can you feel the white rock of the Causses under your feet, the warm breeze sweeping across the plateaux? A few kilometres further on, the air becomes cooler: you plunge into a deep valley, in the heart of a forest where moss covers the trees and the water of the river laps at the foot of the cliffs. The Causses du Quercy, with its stony, sometimes technical paths, will have you running across vast plateaux surrounded by low dry-stone walls, caselles and dolmens. The Lot and Célévalleys offer dry climbs and fast descents, with breathtaking views to catch your eye. The Limargue plunges you into a verdant world of rolling hills and oak foresttrails. The Ségala, on the other hand, has a mountainous feel to it, transporting you into a wilderness of lakes and streams,chestnut, beech and firforests.
