and merchant houses
The village boasts a rich and lively heritage:
- the old market hall, a reminder of the trading days of yesteryear,
- the church of Saint-André
- medieval houses with carved windows,
- the fountains, essential sources of water in the valley,
- the remains of the ramparts, still visible in the course of the “Balat”.
- The Calvary
As you stroll along, you’ll come across a number of sculpted faces on the façades. Discreet and sometimes surprising, these “heads in the air” seem to follow us out of the corner of their eyes. It’s up to you to spot them, one by one, between the weathered stone and the shadows of the roofs.
