I am accompanied to the respect of the Environmental, Economic and Societal issues. This service is offered to all tourist providers (accommodations, sites of visit, leisure activities, restaurants…) and is offered for providers located in the Community of Communes of Grand Figeac.

The Tourist Offices of the Lot and Lot Tourism are committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach, which naturally leads them to advise and accompany professionals in their transition process :

Tourism Quality

I am already marked Quality Tourism? I benefit from a mid-term coaching appointment offered by my Office de Tourisme: update on the essential criteria of the mark, advice on improvements to be made… This appointment allows me to prepare for the renewal with peace of mind. This service is offered to tourism providers marked Qualité Tourisme and is offered for providers located in the Grand Figeac Community of Communes.

Created by the State, the Marque Qualité Tourisme™ represents a sign of national recognition that values:

my welcome
my quality services.

This allows tourists to choose my establishment with complete confidence. It is also a continuous improvement process that allows me to question my practices. This mark is valid for 5 years.

Market
with Elloha
I market my offer on the web using the Elloha tool. This tool is for tourism providers: accommodations, tour sites and leisure activities, event organizer…
The little plus for providers located in the Community of Communes of Grand-Figeac: subscription Elloha at preferential rateand online non-commissioned reservations.
I access the “Elloha” tool via the departmental marketplace which allows:
the managementof my availability with my planning that goes up on the Lot Tourisme, OT and my website
the online booking of my offer on the Tourist Office and Lot Tourisme websites without commission
to have a online booking tool with a negotiated rate.
Pre-requisite for online sales: to be present on the Tourist Office website having updated your information.

Take a workshop

I am accompanied to the mastery of digital tools by the Tourist Office. This service is offered to all tourism providers (accommodation, tour sites, leisure activities, restaurants…) or event organizers.
Depending on my needs, the Tourist Office accompanies me during a targeted workshop on predefined topics. Suitable for all levels, I will be able to address one or more topics to improve my mastery of digital tools.
Different themes:
Optimize my communication on thesocial networks (Facebook, Instagram)
Manage my e-reputation via customer reviews
Create or manage my Google My Business
Rates: 108€ TTC per half day
